Join Us for a Monthly Food Pantry at KLEO Community Center

The KLEO Community Family Life Center and Improving Diabetes team are offering affordableÿand accessible food, health Information, and community resources each month at the KLEO Food Pantry. This is a great opportunity to meet members of the community and learn about health topics and resources important to the South Side of Chicago.

What?

A free monthly food pantry with fresh fruits, vegetables, and meat for you and your family provided by the Chicago Food Depository.ÿWhile you wait for the food to be set up, we provide free health programming, including a cooking demonstration, fitness and exercise tips, health screenings, raffles, and a health expert to speak about resources available on the South Side of Chicago.

When?

The pantry is held on the first Wednesday of each monthÿfrom ÿ2:00 PM ? 5:00 PM.ÿ

Registration begins around 2:00 PM with numbers handed out to keep your spot in line for the food. The programming begins at 2:30 PM. Food is distributed in the parking lot adjacent to the center at 3:30 PM.

The pantry is hosted at the KLEO Community Family Life Center.
